Administrative Assistant / Clerical Assistant Location Las Vegas, NV :

JOB SUMMARY

A multi-faceted company, is seeking a Clerical Assistant with exceptional clerical and research skills to start immediately. We are a small tight knit office and we are looking for the right candidate to join our team. The person we are seeking thrives working under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

To ensure success, the ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, exercise sound judgment and must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen interest in providing purposeful support to management and administrative staff. Top candidates will be familiar with researching and have excellent time management skills.

  • Analyze, evaluate, draft, review and revise substantive correspondence as appropriate.
  • Conserve the managements time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance.
  • Ensure the timely follow-up to directives, including the effective dissemination of pertinent information to management and other relevant employees within the company.
  • Complete various projects as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office / Google applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Technologically savvy and a quick learner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction
  • Positive team player comfortable with shifting priorities

REQUIRED

  • Must have High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have the ability to multitask between paperwork, email communication, and cell phone communication

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
