Associate Attorney Buckley & Associates, PS, Inc. in Vancouver, WA (onsite) Full-Time Buckley & Associates is a personal injury law firm seeking an associate attorney for our Vancouver office. Responsibilities: A Day in the LifeWe are looking to hire an experienced personal injury attorney who will believe in our mission and join us in giving clients the best representation they could have.We are looking for someone who knows personal injury law and has handled all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, arbitrations, motions, mediations, trials, etc. This is NOT the position for a first-year associate, out-of-state attorney, or person looking to change practice areas. This is a position for a person looking for a place to land, plant roots, and enjoy a fruitful future. Qualifications: We Know You • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the field of Personal Injury Law. • You will possess strong organizational skills along with well-developed critical thinking skills. • You have the ability to work cases in the litigation process from the filing of the Summons and Complaints to the completion of the settlement or verdict. • You are a kind and thoughtful person whom clients and coworkers can depend on. • You will resolve issues proactively and know how to be a true team player. • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
