Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various events that foster community engagement and promote our brand. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing event concepts, executing logistics, and managing on-site activities to ensure the success of each event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee all aspects of events from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives for events.
  • Develop event budgets and manage expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best services and pricing.
  • Coordinate logistics including catering, transportation, audiovisual needs, and onsite setup.
  • Create promotional materials and manage event marketing campaigns to attract attendees.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role with a portfolio of successful events.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
