Join Our Team as an Event Coordinator at Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various events from concept through to completion. This position requires a creative mindset, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all aspects of events, from inception to completion
• Develop event budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve cost-effective solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in event coordination or planning
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
