HR Operations Specialist
The HR Operations Specialist provides comprehensive support across HR functions including onboarding, compliance, data management, and employee engagement. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and systems efficiently. Responsibilities include administering onboarding processes, maintaining HRIS and employment records, coordinating benefits and training, and supporting culture initiatives through data analysis and communication. The specialist also manages compliance reporting, FMLA and unemployment claims, and contributes to continuous process improvement. A Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience are required. Preferred qualifications include HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) and the ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
