**Job Title: Facility Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Facility Technician responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our educational facility. This role involves ensuring a clean and safe environment for all occupants. **Responsibilities** + Perform regular cleaning and sweeping of the facility. + Take out trash and dispose of waste appropriately. + Execute general janitorial duties to maintain facility standards. + Conduct vacuuming and mopping to ensure floors are clean. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, and vacuums. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness. + Ability to carry out physical tasks related to facility upkeep. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience in janitorial or facility maintenance roles is advantageous. + Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. **Why Work Here?** Join our team to enjoy a comprehensive benefits package after transitioning to a permanent position. The schedule includes Tuesday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm, and Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm. There are also openings for a second shift, operating Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 12:30 am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aliso Viejo, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
