### Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate leads for potential clients, helping to expand business opportunities.
- Engage with prospective clients to explain the features and benefits of our policies, recommending the right coverage based on each client's individual needs.
- Reach out to policyholders to explain their policies, suggest updates, and assist with any changes, including adjusting beneficiaries.
- Proactively follow up with clients to renew and enhance their insurance plans to meet evolving needs.
- Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and underwriters.
- Stay current with industry trends and continually strive for excellence in customer service.
