** Job Opening: Amazon Package Loader - Stockton Airport (Graveyard Shift)** **Location: Stockton Airport, CA** **Pay: Starting at$17.50/hr** + **$17.75/hr after 3 months** + **$18.00/hr after 6 months** **Job Description** Join a fast-paced team responsible for efficiently loading and unloading Amazon packages for air transport. You'll play a key role in preparing cargo containers for airline shipping by maximizing space and ensuring secure, organized packing. **Key Responsibilities:** + Unload Amazon packages from freight trucks (pre-loaded on carts). + Break down carts and load packages into cargo containers. + Assemble packages "Tetris-style" to optimize space. + Consolidate small boxes and mail into larger bags for loading. + Use scanning and tracking systems to maintain accurate inventory. + Follow safety protocols and perform quality control checks. + Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members. **Requirements:** + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs + Steel-toed boots that cover the ankle (required) + Reliable transportation (no public transit access to Stockton Airport) + Excellent attendance (strict policy in place) + Willingness to undergo airport screening **Shift Details:** + **Graveyard Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM** + **Must be available to work weekends** + Tentative schedules: + Thursday - Monday + Friday - Tuesday **Why Join Us?** + Hands-on training and certification opportunities at the airport + Benefits upon conversion: Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, PTO, Pet Insurance + Monthly potlucks and holiday events + Pay increases at 3 and 6 months **Work Environment:** + On-site warehouse setting at Stockton Airport + Fast-paced, team-oriented, and safety-focused **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
